  • It’s simple:
    1. Browse our product range (T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and more).
    2. Customize by choosing colors and uploading your logo or artwork.
    3. Request a quote You’ll receive a design preview and price estimate within 24 hours (often within 4 hours).
    4. Review, approve, and confirm your order, then sit back while we work our magic.
  • You can order individual products in bulk. Some items have a minimum order quantity (usually 15–25 pieces) to keep production efficient and costs down. We also require a minimum order value of €500 excl. VAT. Need something special? Just ask. We’re flexible.
  • No account is required to request a quote or place an order. However, creating an account unlocks benefits like order tracking, saved designs, and easy reordering. We can set it up for you in a snap!
  • You have a small window (before production kicks off) to tweak or cancel your order. Once our production elves get busy, changes become tricky. Always double-check your details and if something urgent comes up, contact us.

Design & Customization

  • Absolutely! Our in-house design team is here to take your logo, brand colors, and ideas, then whip up a personalized design proof (often within 4 hours). Think of us as your creative sidekicks.
  • Yes! Bring on your designs. We accept vector files (SVG, EPS, PDF, AI) for the best results. High-resolution PNGs or JPGs (300 DPI+) work too. We’ll even convert them to vectors if needed.
  • Not sure about your Pantone numbers? No worries! Our team will work with you to select the perfect PMS colors so your merch reflects your brand exactly as you envision it.
  • We love creativity but your designs must be legally yours and follow standard decency and trademark rules. Have a special idea? Let us know and we’ll tailor our production to fit your unique vision.
  • Definitely! Whether it’s adding a name, slogan, or extra design element, we’re all about that extra personal touch to make your merch unforgettable.
  • Yes!
    • Standard samples: Get a quick look at quality and materials (usually in 3–7 days).
    • Customized samples: Want to see your design in action? We offer branded samples. Perfect for final approval before a larger run (lead times can be 10–14 days).
  • Of course! Just ask, and we’ll send you images of individual items, multi-item layouts, or the entire pack. We love showing off our work almost as much as you do!

Production, Quality & Sustainability

  • We partner with trusted production facilities across Europe and Asia. We choose the best regional option to cut lead times, reduce shipping costs, and keep our carbon footprint low.
  • Yes! Local production hubs mean faster turnaround, lower shipping costs, and a reduced environmental impact. We produce your merch where it makes the most sense.
  • Once you approve the design and confirm your order, production typically takes about 4-10 days. Need a rush order? Let us know, urgent production is available (with an extra fee).
  • Absolutely! If you already have some merch or want to combine items from different sources, we can integrate them into a cohesive merch pack.
  • Yes! Our extensive network lets us source items not on our website. Have a special request? Our team will explore every option to bring your idea to life.
  • MOQs help us maintain efficiency and competitive pricing, especially for complex products or premium materials. It’s all about balancing quality with cost-effectiveness.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship your orders directly from our production hubs using trusted carriers (like DHL, FedEx, PostNL). We can ship to one address or several, depending on your needs.
    • Domestic: Typically 1–4 business days after production.
    • International: Usually 5–14 days (depending on customs and local courier schedules).
      • You’ll receive a track-and-trace code once your order is on its way.
  • For smooth delivery, we need the recipient’s full name, company name, complete address, VAT number (if applicable), email, and phone number. Extra delivery instructions are welcome!
    • EU Orders: We manage import VAT and customs paperwork seamlessly.
    • Non-EU Orders: Duties or taxes may fall to the recipient. We’ll clarify these details in your quote or final invoice.
  • Yes. Whether it’s for onboarding kits or spreading the merch love to different offices, just provide all addresses, and we’ll coordinate the shipments.
  • While we strive to ship globally, certain items (like those with batteries, perishable goods, or liquids) may have restrictions and are usually limited to specific regions.

Warehousing, Fulfillment & Company Store

  • We provide secure storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment tailored to your needs. Whether you’re storing 50 items or 2.000, we handle it with care and precision.
  • Absolutely! We’ll integrate your third-party items with our inventory and ship them together. Just share the necessary product details (like origin, composition).
  • Not at all. We’re flexible and can store any amount, ensuring your inventory is managed smoothly regardless of size.
  • Absolutely. We can build a custom online merch store—your own branded webshop where employees, customers, or partners can log in and order approved merchandise. It’s the easiest way to keep your brand consistent and visible:

Pricing, Payment & Promotions

  • Online prices offer a general guide, but your final quote depends on customizations, printing techniques, materials, and order volume. We promise transparency and any adjustments will be clearly communicated.
    • EU Customers: Prices are generally shown excluding VAT (added at invoicing for VAT-registered customers).
    • Non-EU Customers: Prices are quoted without VAT; local import fees may also apply.
  • We accept bank transfers and major credit cards (with a small processing fee on cards, typically around 2.5%). We issue invoices within 24 hours of quote approval, with payment terms usually around 7–14 days.
  • Website prices reflect default options. Additional features like multi-color printing, extra print positions, or premium materials can adjust the final cost. We work closely with you to ensure clarity.
  • Changes are possible before production starts. Once materials are ordered and printing begins, modifications become difficult but if you have an urgent issue, let’s talk it through.
  • Yes! Our pricing is volume-based. The more you order, the lower the unit cost. We also run seasonal promotions and special rates for nonprofits or educational institutions. Always ask about our latest offers!
